How environmental objectives do they modify the level and structure of employment by sectors and occupations? The concept of green growth suggests the
rise of new needs and the achievement of specific investments favor the development of new markets. This potential increase of expenditure
is not an engine unconditional net job creation for the whole economy. The greening of economies is based in fact on the awarding of a prize
to public property has been considered as inexhaustible. The appearance of additional costs imposed on the agents should theoretically lead to a slowdown in growth, all else equal. The dispersion analysis on the impact of environmental policies on employment1 reflects the
deep uncertainty about the overall performance in employment growth and a green economy.
