How can companies better engage employees in strategic decision making? How can it distribute more profits while improving its performance?

The current model of corporate governance through an obvious crisis of legitimacy. Instead of employees in the boards of companies remains low. And if the employee participation in company results, however, is much more developed, it is too often the privilege of large structures.
issue of greater involvement of employees in the operation and business development is TODAY 'hui asked. But its implementation is hampered by the classic confrontation between employee rights and performance requirements. It raises obvious questions:

  •   How to balance a higher economic performance with greater social democracy?
     
  •   Can we derive more benefits from profit-sharing devices in combination with other forms of employee participation?
     

The report of the Centre d'analyse stratégique offers out of ideological discourse between leaders and employees. It traces the tracks of reform to improve corporate governance and employee participation to improve business performance.
