Under the “Sustainable Development Club of Establishments and Enterprises”, the Ministries of Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transportation and Housing, and of Labour, Employment and Health, and of Solidarity and Social Cohesion, in partnership with the “Union of National Funds of Social Security” held a seminar on

A Responsible Approach to Human Capital

The event was an opportunity to showcase and support the involvement of government agencies in the implementation of their sustainable development strategies’ social component. Vincent Chriqui, Diretor of Centre d’analyse stratégique, spoke at the seminar.

Issues of sustainable development applied to work in a crisis. This exchange is intended to clarify the social context that would encourage agencies to develop approaches to social responsibility and to clarify the relationship between changes in the organization and their impact on the work.

This panel presents the experiences and highlights the views of various stakeholders: public / private sector, government, local authorities, practitioners, employee representatives and public agency officers. How to make the steps, ownership, existing methodological tools for social responsibility for internal use will be addressed, as well as identifying the issues and benefits of a responsible approach.
